Doro Wot (h) - National dish of Ethiopia. Chicken is marinated in lemon and then simmered in a very spicy pepper paste consisting of onion, garlic and a blend of spices including Berbere, red pepper, ginger, nutmeg and more. Traditionally served with a hard boiled egg. 20.5


Beef Tibs - prime beef strips sauteed to perfection with onions, garlic and jalapeno 16


Lamb Tibs - tender lamb morsels sauteed to perfection with onions, garlic and jalapeno 16


Berbere - Ethiopian spice mix made up of 80% chilli and 20 other spices
Mitmita - Ethiopian hot spice made up of many spices used mainly as an accompaniment for meat dishes
Kibbeh - Ethiopian clarified butter seasoned with cumin, coriander, cardamon, nutmeg, fenugreek and more
